Exchanges are only accepted if we sent items in a faulty state, in which we'll request a photo for confirmation and arrange on either an exchange or a discount on your next order.
Please contact us before you send a parcel to us. Only send to an address provided by our customer service.
Please note that once you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for your items and we won't bear responsibility for missing or damaged package(s). Please contact the shipping company used either dhl, UPS or FedEx for all missing packages
No refunds on payments for products, however you can use it on store credits.
