Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number provided.If you haven't received either one yet, then your order has not been shipped.

So the earlier you order, the earlier your order will be processed and shipped.Purchases made after 5PM will start processing the next business day.
While we're available to reply to your enquiries on WhatsApp(faster) and emails 24/7/365 please refrain from constantly 'checking in' to confirm when your orders will be shipped even though we've already stated here when you'll receive your orders.
If your order has exceeded the estimated processing and shipping times, please email email@example.com stating the issue with the full name on the order as well as the order number.
If your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local dhl, Fedex Or UPS to address the issue directly with them. Once your item ships the package is not our responsibility and we do not take responsibility for missing package(s). We do not issue refunds for packages that Dhl, Fedex Or UPS confirms as being delivered.
